Honest answers to questions we hear most

Do I really have to fly to Austin?

Yes. That's kind of the whole point. The Mastermind is in-person. The weekly calls and community exist to support you between trips, but the breakthroughs happen in the room. If you're not willing to travel, this isn't the right program. We have other options that might fit better, like our online programs.

Why don't you offer a guarantee?

After working with 1,200+ PM businesses, we noticed something: the people who demand guarantees rarely do the work. The people who do the work don't need them.

What we do offer: month-to-month with no annual contract. If it isn't working for you, you leave. We're confident enough in the residual ROI that we don't need to lock you in. Most clients stay for years because they keep getting results.

What if I can't make every Intensive?

Life happens. We get it. The goal is all three a year, but missing one occasionally won't get you kicked out. That said, if you're joining with the mindset of "I'll just watch the replays," this isn't the right program. There aren't replays for relationships.

How is this different from NARPM events?

NARPM is great for industry-wide networking. It doesn't come with weekly coaching, an accountability partner, support between events, or someone checking in on whether you actually executed. We do all of that, and we do it with PMs who are serious about growth.

The other big thing: NARPM is once a year. We're three Intensives plus weekly coaching. The compounding is what changes outcomes.

I've tried coaching and it didn't work. Why would this be different?

Three things usually break coaching: it's generic (not built for PM), there's no accountability system, and there's no peer community pushing you forward. We solve all three. Our coaching is PM-only. Your accountability partner checks in weekly. The Intensives create relationships that keep you engaged long after the event.

If you've tried coaching and it didn't work, that's probably the diagnosis. It's worth asking before you write off coaching entirely.

I'm just starting out. Is this for me?

Growth Accelerator works at all stages, from startup to 200+ doors. If you're under 20 doors and cash is tight, ask us about other options that might be a better starting point. But if you can make the investment and you're serious, this'll get you to 100+ doors faster than anything else you could do alone. Kent Hardman started at 0.

Is this month-to-month or am I locked in?

Month-to-month. No annual contract. We're confident enough in the ROI that we don't need to lock you in. Most clients stay for years because they keep getting results, not because they're stuck in an agreement.

Can I bring a team member?

Yes. Your membership includes a plus-one at no extra charge. Bring them to the calls. Bring them to the Intensives. What's the difference between Growth Accelerator and Super System?

Growth Accelerator is for adding doors. If your problem is "I need more doors," you're here. Super System is for owners past 200 doors who feel trapped in operations. If your problem is "I have doors but the business is running me," ask about Super System instead.
